If any damage, loosened crystals or other problems arise while in your care, we always send extra crystals in the orders and can recommend a solution for you to repair them yourself with our guidance. Should you want to send them back to us for replacing crystals for example, it will be at your expense for shipping both ways, after we confirm your item, sneakers for example, is eligible for us to repair.
